Overcoming Fear

The two types of energies have been covered in previous writings. Anything that is not love is in the fear category.

When cova-19 began, many of us went into fear, not knowing what to do. The dark ones feed off fear and wish to keep you in fear. If you stay in fear for a long period of time, your body can become compromised; making you sick or something more serious.

Fear is one of the negative qualities of the third chakra. The chakra also includes self-control, personal power, authority, awakening, transformation and more.

So how do you get rid of the fear? You can do this simple exercise standing up or laying down. If you are standing up, your feet should be shoulder length apart with soft knees. Place your hands flat on your abdomen with your fingers pointing down. As you breathe in through your nose, say to yourself “I am safe.” On the out breath, breathing through the mouth say, “Safe I am.” Do this at least three times.

Do the exercise whenever you like. It can be very calming.
