It is time to come together and to be more integrated with self. Your trinity consists of soul, self and ego. Your ego is the part of you that is all about survival. Ego is also self-centered. It is important to keep ego busy so it does not interfere with your work, especially when you are trying to find the answers to your questions. If you do not keep ego happy, it will interfere with what you are trying to do, whether it be your hobby, meditation or whenever it wants to interfere. It will start telling you what to do or not to do. If you scold it and give it a time out in the corner, that will not last very long.
So how can you keep ego busy? Since our co-author, Mary, paints but has not done so for quite some time, she gives ego the job of deciding what to paint next. She asks ego to sit at the table and sketch out some ideas to paint or place some crayons and coloring book on the table for ego to color. You could ask ego to write a list of things ego would like to do if it could. Keep ego busy by giving it a job. The ego wants to feel important.
The self is you and all the aspects of your lives integrated into one. This is the part of trinity that you are working on now. It is the coming together of all parts of you with all the lessons you have learned. How can all the aspects come together? You are thinking of the self as a human body. You are in spirit form in a human body. When you leave Earth through death, you still exist, just not in a human body. You are in spirit form. Mary has taken others to the other side and is limited in what we allow her to remember. She does know there are many mansions in God’s house. To her, this means that there is a place for each and every one of you, no matter what religion you follow or believe in. It is always given to you according to your beliefs. There is also a place for those who do not believe in God or an afterlife.
Sometimes, as humans, you make a pact to meet on the other side and plan your next life together. When you are on the other side, you are planning your next adventure: what lessons you still need to learn, how you will learn them and who from your group will assist you with the particular lessons. What happens when you do not have anyone you know to assist you with your next lifetime? Others, perhaps friends or family from other lifetimes will ‘contract’ to assist you.
You are never alone. You know many individuals from past lifetimes; family, friends and others. An angel once told Mary it usually takes about nine years in Earth time before one incarnates again. You could incarnate as an animal just to learn a certain perspective. Most choose to incarnate back on Earth as a human. You will not be able to reincarnate again on this Earth in third dimension. The Earth being created will be from the fifth through the seventh dimension. Then how do you work through those third dimensional lessons that are still needed? There are other planets and places to learn your lessons. The benefit of working them out on your current Earth is that you can learn your lessons in a shorter period of time than elsewhere.
The third part of your trinity is the soul. If trinity were represented in a triangle, the soul would be on the top peak. The soul is like an overseer, guiding you and its other aspects to experience what the soul wants to experience. This keeps the soul’s hands clean, so to speak. As long as you follow what your soul wants you to do, then your life will also flow. If not, you probably already know the answer to that. The soul can call back any or all of its aspects. Why would it do that? It would most likely be that the soul needs its energy back for itself. Ascension, for example may require needing more of its energy. The soul is in charge and is responsible for all its aspects, calling back those that are finished with their assignment and healing those aspects that are out of alignment with their purpose, such as taking the downward spiral and needing healing.
